The Newport Car Barn is a 40,000 square foot historic event venue in Newport, Kentucky, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Trolley Hall, the Conductor Room, and the Caboose loft give you three very different rooms at one address, so a 150 person dinner and a 3,000 person gala can both feel right at home.
What makes the Car Barn different isn't only the building. It's the way our team works alongside you: thoughtful planning, genuine hospitality, and attention to the details that matter most. We are especially passionate about supporting nonprofits and helping mission-driven organizations create events that move their causes forward.

I bring 20+ years of hospitality and management experience, and I’m truly proud and excited to be a part of the Newport Car Barn team. I take personal pride in making sure every experience and event is the best it can be. While our clients enjoy their special day, they’ll also feel confident knowing our team’s hard work is helping everything run beautifully behind the scenes.
A venue manager is on site for every event, from setup through teardown. They handle doors, load-in, room flips, and the hundred small things that come up so your vendors and guests never have to look for someone.
