How to request deletion
Email info@newportcarbarn.com from the email address or phone number on your account — or call +1-859-630-1051 — with the subject line "Delete my NCB Shifts account". We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your login, your profile and contact details, your device tokens, the photos you uploaded, and the messages you sent in the app.
What we have to keep
Some records the law requires us to keep — such as tax forms and your hours worked and paid — are retained for as long as the law requires. After that, they are deleted too.
